Welcome! Congratulations on taking the important step to prioritize your health and fitness. I understand you probably feel a bit overwhelmed by the vast array diet plans, supplements and social media workouts out there, but don’t worry! I’m here to guide you.

Before I began helping others in 2015, I was 265 pounds, I did not exercise at all and I was in really bad shape — both mentally and physically.

After dropping 96 pounds and keeping it off for good, many of my friends and family asked me to teach them lose weight too. That’s when I realized that there are many people who are struggling with unwanted weight and it made me want to help.

So, I decided to get certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the International Sports Sciences Association as a Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist to better understand how to help people who are stuck like I was!
