Before I began helping others in 2016, I was 265 pounds, I did not exercise at all and I was in really bad shape — both mentally and physically.

After dropping 96 pounds and keeping it off for good, many of my friends and family asked me to teach them how to lose weight too. That’s when I realized that there are many people who are also struggling with their weight and it made me want to help.

That’s when decided to learn from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the International Sports Sciences Association to better understand how to help people who are stuck like I was!
