About High-Grade Health
Our Main Goal
We help with education, organization and accountability around nutrition and physical exercise. That involves teaching and guiding those who are brand new to the world of fitness, or those who have been struggling to see the results they want to see. Our clients learn how to do things safely, correctly, effectively and - most importantly - consistently, so that they can achieve remarkable results and develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Working with a fitness coach provides personalized guidance tailored to your unique goals and needs. A coach offers expert knowledge in exercise techniques, nutrition, and sustainable habits, helping you navigate your fitness journey with confidence. Through customized workout plans and nutritional advice, they ensure you stay on track while offering accountability and motivation. This dedicated support helps you break barriers, foster healthy habits, and achieve lasting results, making your fitness journey not just effective but also more enjoyable. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your routine, the expertise of a fitness coach can make all the difference.
ABOUT JUDAH
I’m Judah Archuleta and I care about helping people who are willing to make difficult changes or sacrifices to get where they want to be.
High-Grade Health is my attempt to make an impact in the world we live in. There are plenty of resources and opportunities for everyone to be in the best shape of their lives, but 70% of the population here in the United States is considered to be overweight and 46% is now obese. That means if I line up 100 people, about 46 of them will be carrying far more fat than they should be.
I began my career as a personal trainer began in 2016, but before becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Specialist (through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the International Sports Sciences Association), I was 265 pounds and had several health issues.
At my heaviest, I had a 38 inch waistline, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, pre-diabetes, social anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. I was highly addicted to soda and fast food and did not exercise at all.
Some of the panic attacks led me to believe that I was having heart attacks! So I drove to the ER several times and dialed 911 for EMS to come to my house, and even at our hotel when we were on vacation. This was all happening in my early 20’s, it was embarrassing and I knew I would eventually die if I continued living life like nothing was wrong.
After making some necessary changes that were recommended by my doctor, I ended up losing 96 pounds. Because I went through that entire process myself, I now fully understand what a lot of my clients go through when they try to change their habits. I’ve been in their shoes before, which means I can help them in a way that most fitness coaches and other healthcare professionals can’t.
It’s not an easy road and it’s even more difficult when you don’t know what to do or you have the wrong support system around you. If you’re struggling to get the results that you want, it’s usually due to one or more of the reasons listed below:
You lack the knowledge / education because no one has ever taught you.
You get motivated or inspired to make changes in your life, but you lack the discipline to follow or sacrifice anything for a long time.
You have no one who holds you accountable or helps you stick with the program.
You struggle to get control of your eating habits because you’re hooked on junk foods and/or drinks.
You have a busy schedule and feel like you can’t find time to exercise, so you don’t even bother.
Other people (your spouse, your friends or your family) don’t support you or care about your goals and often lead you back to bad habits (smoking, vaping, drinking or eating junk foods on a regular basis).
You lack confidence because you don’t know what you’re doing and are intimidated by all the people and all of the equipment in a gym.
It can be incredibly frustrating and discouraging to waste precious time, effort and money trying to figure out how to get in shape. And it feels even worse when you’re stuck in the same place after it’s all said and done. This is why working with an experienced professional who will guide, support, motivate and encourage you is the best decision you can make if you want real results in the end.
